The Subtle Architect Of You; Moving Beyond The Muscles, Bones And Ligaments with Miria Lovlin. First Session

Sign up: https://momence.com/l/z9hqPVWm

Sessions between May 2nd- August 22nd

For students seeking more than flexibility and strength, this comprehensive course reveals the hidden architecture of your being. The subtle body isn't metaphorical. It's a functional, interconnected system that directly influences your physical health, emotional resilience, mental clarity, and spiritual awakening. Yet most practitioners never learn it exists.

In this course, you'll explore:

The Koshas — the five layers of your being, from dense physical body to infinite consciousness

The Nadis — the energetic channels that distribute vitality throughout your system

The Chakras & Endocrine System — how each major energy center correlates with a specific gland, and what happens when that system is balanced or blocked More importantly, you'll learn your own system. You'll discover which chakras are calling for attention, how your endocrine glands are responding to stress and imbalance, and exactly what practices—physical, breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle—will create lasting transformation. This isn't intellectual knowledge. It's embodied wisdom. By the end of this course, you'll have a direct, felt experience of your subtle body and practical tools to deepen your physical health, emotional intelligence, mental clarity, and spiritual connection for the rest of your life.

Ideal for: Yoga practitioners ready to go deeper, anyone seeking real solutions to stress/anxiety/health challenges, and students committed to genuine self-knowledge.

May 2 - The Koshas and Nadis 9:30am-12:30pm

Soul-Full living with Sandy Chapman & Christy Carlisle

“Freeing.” “Connected more deeply to myself through movement and journal reflections.” “I see things differently after the workshop.” These were just a few reflections from January’s Soulful Start, and they’re exactly the space we hope to hold each month. Sandy Chapman & Christy Carlisle invite you into this soulful, monthly workshop where yoga flows into journaling and inspiration. Together, we create intentional space to slow down, reflect, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with what’s true. In February, we turn toward living from the heart. What is love—and where does it live within you? How does love move, speak, and express itself in your life? We’ll begin with a gentle, heart-opening yoga asana practice, followed by guided journaling and reflection. From there, you’ll be invited into creative exploration using various mediums to express your own heart-centered vision of love—no artistic experience needed, just curiosity and an open heart. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected—to yourself and to love.

Vagus Nerve & Psoas

Join us for an afternoon of deep exploration as Alice Steuerwald & Becky Kasenberg return to OmGrown to guide us through the intricate connection between the nervous system and the physical body—focusing on the vagus nerve and the psoas muscle. The vagus nerve, often called the "wandering nerve," travels from the brainstem down to the abdomen, touching the heart and nearly all major organs along the way. As the main component of the parasympathetic nervous system, it plays a crucial role in regulating digestion, heart rate, immunity, and emotional well-being. The psoas is the body’s deepest core muscle—a powerful, sensitive structure that links our posture, breath, and primal fight-or-flight responses. It’s also intricately connected to our sense of safety and grounded presence. In this exploration workshop, we’ll move, feel, and learn—diving into embodied practices that help release tension, support nervous system regulation, and reconnect us to our body's innate wisdom. Whether you're looking to deepen your understanding of the mind-body connection or simply unwind and restore, this workshop offers profound tools for healing and integration.
