This class series is designed for those beginning or beginning their yoga journey again. Designed to meet you where you are with time to understand the basic yoga poses and the structure of a normal yoga class. Enjoy a lighthearted, fun approach which to experience yoga. This series is for 4 weeks. Participants are committing to 4 weeks of practice. Can join in person or virtually.
