The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year—a time to honor the sun, embrace renewal, and soak in the season's energy. What better way to celebrate than with an uplifting, all-levels yoga flow on the Baldwin City Pool deck? Led by OmGrown, we’ll start the morning with renewing movement, good company, post-class mimosa (provided by The Well Nest) and coffee refreshments (provided by Uplift), and a quick dip in the pool!
